Narrative

IE was uninstalling the roof jacks around a refuge chamber in preparation for moving the chamber. The roof jack had 2-crib blocks on top. While removing the crib block, IE's right middle and ring fingers were pinched between the crib blocks resulting in a laceration and fracture.
