Narrative

The contract miner was assisting another employee to hang a vent tube in the #4 entry in the 4th East Mains Section. As the two employees lifted the vent tube above their heads, they lost control of the vent tube and as the contract employee attempted to regain control of the vent tube EE strained EE's right shoulder.
