Narrative

I.E. had just advanced the roof bolter to begin the next bolting cycle. As the I.E. started drilling the hole a rock 4'x2'x6"" fell out and struck the I.E. in the head. The I.E. was complaining of neck pain. I.E. did not miss any work, reporting due to restricted duty.
