## Narrative

Employee was carrying three 70 lbs jumbo drill steel from lay down to shaft on surface. The weight of the steel became too much to handle and employee tried to set the steel down.  While bending forward employee's hand contacted the ground and the steel hit the top of employee's right hand causing a fracture.
