## Narrative

Employee was taking apart a two piece rim that was 10"" in diameter; The employee used a 6"" hand held grinder to cut a bolt off, as the bolt was cut free the compressed air in the tire tube dislodged the rim striking the employee in the face, chest, and hands. The grinder also cut the employee in the wrist area.
