Narrative

An SX Employee was re-routing the flow to the holding tank on the G-train for skimming organic. The employee explained that while walking on top of a 10-12"" stainless pipe to cross to another pipe their right foot slipped causing them to straddle pipe and injure lower back. Incident was upgraded to a Restricted Duty on 10/07/2021
