Narrative

I.E. was driving a coal hauler from the face to the feeder. A rock measuring 3.5' x 1.5' x 1-2""Th fell out from the roof. The rock hit the canopy and a piece of the rock came into the cab and hit the I.E.'s right arm. I.E. has a tendon in their bicep pushed back and a specialist took them off work on 10-18-2021 for treatment.
