Narrative

MMG helping to change 18"" pipe in the Concentrator (line 8 Finisher Floor). One section of the 2 piece clamp was removed and placed on the rolling stair. MMNG moved rolling stair & clamp fell from the platform of the rolling stair striking MMG in the face area.
