## Narrative

Employee was driving John Deere Gator from parts room. EE said had a fitting in EE's right hand. The fitting fell and EE bent over to pick it up from the floor board while driving over covered drainage ditch. Per employee the ""bump"" from driving over drainage ditch cover and EE bending over caused EE's back to jar.
