Narrative

While moving PQ core tube, the drill helper lost footing on a clear work area. The tube fell from EE's grasp and EE re-grabbed the tube while it fell. EE's hand came in contact with a pipe 12"" above deck level (door frame pipe). This contact with EE's hand between the tube and pipe resulted in a fracture to EE's Right Ring Finger.
