Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING A TRAP DOOR ON A RAILCAR. EE HAD A PORTA POWER HYDRAULIC JACK THAT WAS ASSISTING WITH LIFTING THE TRAP DOOR TO THE RAILCAR LEVEL TO BE WELDED. THE PORTA POWER JACK SLIPPED AND STRUCK EE IN THE FACE.
