Narrative

MMG was changing a 8"" pallet car arm pin. The pin did not fall into place upon install. EE grabbed hex head of stuck pin with left hand, partner was asked to jog controls while EE pulled upward on pin which caused the MMG's left middle finger to be pinched resulting in a laceration.
