Narrative

The IE was loading 6"" x 16"" roof bolt plates onto the tray of the drill boom. When the IE turned around to go get more roof bolts, IE caught the edge of a plate on the tray with right forearm. The IE was transported to ER at a hospital where IE received 11 sutures.
