## Narrative

Rocks were being removed from the continuous miner.  Employee stepped up to remove the pulling rope off the rock that been pulled off machine.  As EE stepped up, EE stepped on a rock this rock was sitting on causing the rock to shift and wedge EE's foot resulting in a fracture.
