## Narrative

Verifying potential blockage at bottom of drag box, employee completed steps to clear blockage by normal methods. Removed flexible hose connected on top of transfer pump. While pulling hose off the connection point between a camlock fitting top of flange, connection failed. Employee received thermal burn to forearms from non-hazardous product.
