Narrative

While hanging pipe to 4"" drisco pipe to plumb in the stationary air compressor. IE tried to open the valve to check for pressure but the valve was stuck and IE had to use force to open the valve. When the valve opened, the pipe jumped forward from pressure shock and struck the IE in the mouth causing a laceration to the lip and two broken teeth.
