## Narrative

The Employee was setting shields at shield #47 and was attempting to pull in shield 48. Shield 48 did not function as the employee attempted. EE moved to shield #46 and when EE did it began to pull in on EE. EE then tried to turn and move from harms way. EE became stuck between the pan line and the relay bar of the shield causing pain to EE's left calf area and hip.
