EE stated that EE was in the process of re-hanging the #212 C/M cable that had come unhooked from two roof bolt plates in the #4 Entry at Break 7 intersection. EE stated as EE was in the process of hanging the cable, EE felt a sharp pain in EE's left lower back with pain radiating down EE's left leg to EE's ankle
