## Narrative

Injured employee was walking to a pick-up truck parked behind the Prep. Plant Office and slipped on the snow covered ground. Employee fell and landed on right shoulder causing pain & soreness. Off work awaiting further evaluation. Employee has training & experience & did not violate any rules or regulations. Was wearing required PPE.
