## Narrative

The IE was using a hand drill to bore out a broken bolt to a tram lever on a roof bolter. As the IE applied pressure to the drill, the 3/16"" bit scattered causing a fragment of metal to become logged in the corner of the right eye. The IE was transported to the Sparta Community Hospital ER where medical treatment was administrated, to care for the eye.
