## Narrative

Employee stepped into some mud when EE's foot got hung. Employee attempted to pull EE's foot loose from the mud when EE twisted EE's knee. Employee continued to work up to and including owl shift 2-14-2022. On 2-14-2022 at a follow up appointment EE was placed off work until surgery for a meniscus could occur.
