## Narrative

Injured employee was walking along the 4 West Track haulage at 95 block. EE was carrying a crib block to 96 block when they tripped on the track rail and fell, pinning right hand between the crib block and the track rail. Employee dislocated and fractured the right middle finger. Employee didn't violate any rules or regulations and has training and experience.
