## Narrative

Employee was side bolting in the 12J Section, as EE was retrieving 6 foot bolts from on top of the rear of the miner EE's right foot slipped off the step. EE's foot got caught in the miner cable and EE felt a pain in EE's right ankle. EE continued to work all EE's scheduled shifts until EE began missing work on 2/25/2022.
