Narrative

I.E. just stood up from sitting on the back of the roof bolter to move into a cut to bolt. A rock fell from the roof measuring 5'Lx3.5'Wx3/4-1""th and struck the I.E. above their right eye. Caused a laceration requiring stitches. I.E. has not missed any work.
