## Narrative

Employee slipped on pickup side step and landed on one leg with all body weight, injuring left knee. Employee was getting into the pickup and left foot slipped off the running board landing on to left leg. Employee was escorted to the medic for further evaluation and was determined that a possible meniscus injury.
