Narrative

EE was installing rails and spreaders over the new 7 South Belt Head when EE stepped on a turnbuckle and twisted knee. EE received an MRI on 3/24/2022 and received the results of the MRI on 3/29/2022 diagnosed with a severely torn meniscus. EE is to remain off work until corrective surgery can be performed. This is a Lost Time Accident.
