## Narrative

Employee was operating articulated dump truck. The load was wider than the bed. They misjudged the width and struck a high voltage powerline pole. The pole broke overhead line fell onto truck. Before operator could get to fire extinguisher, fire was too large. Operator got scared and jumped from truck causing damage to their right ankle.
