EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING PIECES OF METAL WHILE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WELDED THE METAL TOGETHER. EMPLOYEES EYES BOTHERED EE AFTER WORK AND EVENTUALLY EE WENT TO THE ER AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH ARC BURN IN EE'S EYES.
