On 8/9/2021, IE informed Mach HR/Safety of increasing pain in both wrists. IE believes this illness is due to continual exposure to IE's work duties and history. These duties include continual and repetitive grasping, lifting, and use of hands. The IE received a medical evaluation and was treated on 03/29/2022 for Carpal Tunnel.
