Narrative

A plugged chute switch shut the plant feed belt off. An individual reported to the chute. EE saw 6"" - 18"" rock plugging the grizzly in the chute. EE attempted to dislodge one of the rocks with hand. Another rock dislodged dropping onto EE's hand smashing the right hand, little finger between the two rocks. The outside edge of EE's little finger was lacerated requiring stitches.
