IE was using a pocket knife with a 3-1/2"" blade to cut a rubber mud flap for better fitment on a pickup truck. While making the cut, the IE repositioned the mud flap and the knife cut the IE on the inside of the left thumb resulting in 4 stitches to close the laceration.
