Employee was cutting a huck bolt on ""A screen side"" sheet with torches. EE was cutting vertically/overhead when hot, melted metal went down EE's right arm sleeve. The melted metal was trapped in EE's sleeve, causing first and second degree burns from EE's elbow to EE's wrist.
