Narrative

The EE was standing on a 3ft step ladder, hanging the section highline cable. The legs on the ladder were on an uneven surface, causing the ladder's leg to kick out. The EE grabbed a J-hook in an attempt to catch self, causing a laceration to EE's right hand. The EE received 21 stitches.
