## Narrative

An employee was using a single bladed knife to cut through and remove a fiber material support strap from a pallet with a secured bucket elevator head pulley.  The force applied to cut the strap and direction of the cut angle allowed the blade to make contact with the employee's left forearm and created an ~ 1.5"" long cut.
