## Narrative

The employee stated: got off of motor to throw a switch, after the switch was thrown, employee went to get back on the motor and as the employee went to set down, employee sat down on butt wrong causing a contusion. The employee sought medical treatment and was taken off work. This incident is being reported as LTA.
