Narrative

The EE was working on 3 Belt cleaning rock out of walkway at 00 block. The EE picked up a rock approximately 50 lbs., and placed it on the belt. Once the injured let go of the rock, the EE felt pain in left shoulder. The EE began missing work 5/20/22.
