Narrative

While changing drill steel in a CMAC the employee pinched left middle finger tip between drill steel and drifter. Employee reported incident was evaluated by medic and transported to St Vincent Hospital in Billings for further evaluation. X-rays were positive for a fracture to EE's left middle finger tip.
