## Narrative

During a belt extension, employee was hit by a cable used to pull the old conveyor off. An employee started moving the jeep unaware that the cable was still attached. Once the cable starting moving it tripped the employee causing them to fall backwards and the cable became wrapped around the injured employee's ankle.
