## Narrative

Miner was rebuilding a guard on our VSI plant. They were using a grinder to cut a weld to remove a section of the guard to repair when the grinder they were using skipped of the weld and hit them in the thigh. It cut lower thigh about 3/4"" deep by about 4cm in length. It require 5 stitches and the miner went back to work the same day. No impairment or future damage.
