Narrative

Employee was throwing cable out of the way when right wrist came in contact with a roof strap measuring 16' long x 8"" wide causing a laceration. Employee received 4 sutures to close the wound on 6/3/2022 but did return to work on scheduled shift that day causing this to become Medical Reportable with No Days Lost
