An unplanned roof fall occurred at this mine on 6-5-2022. The fall is located on the 11W/2N panel in #6 entry at the 9+60 intersection. The fall measured 15'x20'x up to 6' thick. The mine was idle when the fall was discovered. Ventilation or travel was not disturbed.
