Narrative

Ee reports walking to loader and felt calf ""tighten"". Ee then began going up stairs to loader and felt a pop and pain in calf. Seen at clinic, diagnosed with a strain/tear, and released to restrictions site can accommodate. No injury by accident. Appears to be idiopathic in nature.
