EE was sitting in the operators cab of the (DM45 #7053) and was talking to mechanic about the drill. Mechanic walked around the drill to check the fuel in the machine and when EE looked up saw EE slumped over in the operators cab. EE was pronounced dead on the scene when paramedics arrived.
