Employee was found unresponsive in the track entry of the longwall section. Medical intervention was unsuccessful. Medical examiner pronounced employee dead on-site. Preliminary investigation indicates that this was not a mining related incident and not the result of a deficiency in training, PPE or a compliance issue.
