Narrative

Injured stated EE was assisting another EE with putting EE's trolley pole on the wire, located on Miracle Run Bottom #3 Track. The injured was standing on the rail, had one had on the pole, and another on the motor B-56. The injured felt something and fell to ground. EE was transported to Ruby Hospital. EE had no physical injuries and all tests were negative.
