A non-injury roof fall that measured 20' long, 20' wide, and 12-14' high occurred on the 004 MMU, Spyder Panel4, #5 entry (break #7), primary escapeway. The fall was isolated to the intersection of the #5 entry at break #7. Entries to the fall area are dangered off and supported. Primary escape way has been re-established. The roof fall will not be cleaned up at this time.
