Employee claims to have injured back while the mantrip EE was in was struck by a motor in a spur. EE proceeded to unload rollers and belt structure at the 9 West longwall for several hours prior to EE mentioning that EE felt any pain as a result of the collision. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
