Narrative

Employee was disconnecting a caustic line from a gasoline powered pump. After releasing the cam locks on the intake hose caustic sprayed onto the employee's ppe apron from being under pressure. The employee then removed the apron by pulling it off over EE's head causing the caustic to get on EE's chin and a small amount came into contact with the employee's arm.
