I.E. was bolting a barrel notch.  As they were drilling a hole, a piece of rock fell from the top and struck them on the left forearm.  Rock measured 6""x6""x1/4""th. Employee received a laceration that required 3 staples.  Employee finished their shift and has not missed work.
