Citation No. 9534991 was issued during a Part 50 Audit regarding this injury. The employee had EE's right hand on the operators side joy stick. EE reached back with EE's left hand to get a stick of resin. As EE rotated around to place the resin in the roof, EE had pain in EE's mid to lower back.
